The environmental test chamber is a testing chamber that can simulate various climatic conditions. 1. Temperature Test Chamber
TESTRON supplies a large range of standard and custom temperature and humidity test chambers to suit many types of environmental test conditions. Our climate and humidity test chambers are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, ranging in size from 50Ltier to 3000Liter.
Benchtop Temperature humidity Test Chambers are small, bench-top test chambers for simulating temperature and humidity environments. Include only temperature, temperature, and humidity test chambers.
2-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber: this thermal shock chamber consists of two chambers, one is a hot chamber and one is the cold chamber. Rapid sample elevator transfers between cold chamber to hot chamber to achieve temperature shock test. LIB thermal shock chambers are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet specific test requirements.
3TS Series Thermal Shock Test Chamber: this thermal shock test chamber has one chamber for the test room, it circulates cold and hot air through the pneumatic damper on the left and right sides. This design makes the external size smaller, and this 3TS series thermal shock chamber is pre-heated and pre-cooled to achieve faster test temperature.
Industry Dry Ovens are used for high-temperature drying, paint drying, drying glass and plastics, ink, and removing moisture, wood drying, and high-temperature tests. Applied to aerospace, automotive, electronics, metalworking

Cryogenic Chamber uses a mechanical compressor to refrigerate to -120°C, replacing the traditional liquid nitrogen refrigeration method. It is mainly used in high-precision fields such as aerospace, military, electronic component testing, and high-end processing industry quenching processes.
2. Corrosion Test Chamber
A salt spray test chamber is used to test the anti-corrosion quality of all the materials surfaces of painting, coating, electroplating in the condition of the salt spray environment. Basic salt spray test chambers meet ASTM, ISO, IEC, and other international standards test methods, capacity available in 108L, 320L, 410L, 780L, 1000L, and 1600L capacity.
Cyclic corrosion test chamber exposes the sample to a series of different environments in repetitive cycles that incorporate temperature, humidity, salt spray, and dry. SC series corrosion chambers are upgraded to programmable controller and Ethernet access.
Salt Fog SO2 Spray Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber add high concentration SO2 gas after salt spray and dry test to perform the high-intensity corrosion test.
3. Weathering Test Chamber
Xenon accelerated weathering test chamber reproduces weathering damage by sunlight, temperature, humidity and water spray. XL-S-750 xenon weathering chamber can place 42 pieces of specimens, are upgraded to programmable controller and Ethernet access.
UV weathering test chamber is used in tests that incorporate UV light, temperature, condensing humidity, water sprays, and irradiance control.UV-SI-260 chamber is a very economical weathering tester and is widely used in material testing.
4. IP Test Chamber
Sand and dust test chamber are capable of simulating sand and dust environmental conditions in order to validate product seal. The airflow circulates upward from the bottom, blowing the dust circulation, forcing dust around the specimens. Available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet specific test requirements.
The water spray test chamber can perform tests in accordance with IEC60529, and IPX1 X2 IPX3 IPX4 protection code. The chambers are built with the water-tightness of sealed components such as headlamps, Power connectors. A waterproof power connector in the test room can easily supply electricity to the specimens.
IPX5 IPX6 water jetting test chamber is used for water jetting test of IPX5 X6 rate, which is applied to test the water tightness of enclosures of automotive parts, outdoor lamps, and electronics parts.
IPX7 IPX8 water immersion test equipment is used for water immersion test of IPX7 X8 rate, simulate water depth pressure of 50 meters for immersion test.
IPX9K high-pressure water spray test chamber is widely used in the electronics, military, and industries. IPX9K is the highest rating currently available for water ingress protection in accordance with IEC 60529 and ISO 20653. Products under test are subjected to high pressure (8000 –10000 Kpa), high temperature (+80°C), and water jets at a flow rate of 14 – 16 L/min.

5. Special Test Chamber
Ozone resistance test chamber is used for rubber aging test in conditions of temperature, humidity, and ozone exposure. An integral ozone air generating system ensures that the ozone gas is contained internally and precise control.
SO2 noxious gas test chambers reproduce damages by temperature, relative humidity, and noxious gas corrosion to material, components, and constructions.
This noxious gas chamber can be used for single gas tests and mixed gas tests. Test methods are in accordance with IEC 60068-2-42, IEC60068-2-60, and other standards.
Environmental test chamber for PV solar panels is for PV modules (solar panels) thermal cycling, humidity freeze cycle, and damp heat RH testing, to test whether PV modules can withstand high temperature with humidity and low temperature, to test its fatigue and thermal failure after temperature repeated changes, to confirm its thermal stress PV modules generated under high humidity circumstance and capability of long-term resistance to moisture penetration. This test chamber is widely used in solar panel testing.
6. Walk-in Chamber
Walk-in test chambers are in piece assembling structures, which enables on-site installation and commissioning.
